I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The location is great, just a few blocks away from the madness of Times Square, making it easy to get around Manhattan. The rooms, specifically on the front left-hand side of the building, were a letdown with issues like a broken shower door and malfunctioning shower heads.
